Job Description

Roles & Responsibility

  • Visit & Monitor
    • Routine customer to ensure good relationship with customer
    • To make sure customer will have enough of reagent
    • To check all instruments has been installed must be in good condition
    • Response for any customer’s complain or dissatisfied issues
    • Update customer with any new technology that we provided
    • To monitor territory area (northern, southern & east coast)
  • Quotation/Tender
    • Responsible to prepare quotation
    • Double check tender, it must be completed as requested.
  • Reporting
    • Must be send report sales activities on time to relate HOD in Business Division Department
  • Teritory
    • Keep go rapport and excellent service to customer
    • Ensure customer loyalty – existing business
  • Competitor Info
    • Able to know the competitor products
    • Alert on competitor activities
  • Filing
    • Do proper filing for documentation (quotations, specification, rental proposal & etc).
  • Collection
    • To ensure customer pay all the LPOs or KIVPOs

Requirements:

  • Preferably Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Science or related fields.
  • Experience: at least one (1) year experience in clinical diagnostics field. However, fresh graduatesare encouraged to apply.
  • Malaysian Citizen or holds relevant residence status.
  • MALE Candidate is preferable.
  • Able to communicate & write in Malay & English
  • Must be willing to travel within Malaysia & overseas
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license

Job Description

Roles & Responsibility

  • To provide before and after sales service support such as site checking activity and liaise with contractor
  • To provide after sales service support such as installation, commissioning, planning for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of all diagnostic analyzer / instrument.
  • Working and support Sales and Application Team for the activities such as demonstration, training, evaluation and installation
  • Propose and prepare service contract
  • Prepare service report and update into the system after job complete
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with all level of customer.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Electronic, Electrical, Biomedical Electronic or equivalent
  • Must have at least 1 year working experience in related field
  • Experience or basic technical skill in Diagnostic analyzer/instrument will be an advantage
  • Responsible, independence and good team player
  • Posses own transport and willing to travel nationwide heavily
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
